A one-time build works differently too

A business that wants to own a site outright from day one, instead of paying monthly, can order a one-time build. A Beginner build is $500 for up to 10 pages, with a custom design, a professional build, mobile responsiveness and a contact form. An Intermediate build is $800 for up to 25 pages, adding blog integration and advanced animations. Larger or more complex sites are quoted custom. These builds are not called a setup fee; the build price itself is the one-time cost, paid before the site goes live. Every build requires Hosting & Maintenance at $79.99 a month, which covers SSL, a CDN, daily backups, updates, uptime monitoring and content edits on request by email, with no contract attached.

Setup fee for a Growth Plan: $497, waived through 2026

Get Found, Get Chosen and Get Booked are built on a third structure. Each Growth Plan normally carries a one-time $497 setup fee on top of the monthly rate: $397 a month for Get Found, $647 a month for Get Chosen, and $897 a month for Get Booked. Right now, that $497 setup fee is waived through the end of 2026, so a business that starts a Growth Plan before then pays only the monthly rate from its first bill, with nothing extra due up front. Growth Plans run month to month, with no long-term contract behind them, unlike the Website Plan's 12-month commitment.
